Quintessential Quintuplets follow the story of High school student Futaro Uesugi going through a difficult until the rich Nakano family transfers to his school. Recap Of Quintessential Quintuplets Season 2 Episode 8
Previously on Quintessential Quintuplets, we witnessed a meeting between Nino and Futaro’s father. All Nino wanted was to help Ichika. Still, Futaro’s father asked her to go back with her sisters. Futaro comes with his boss’s motorcycle and finds Nino. He asks her to return to Revival. on their way back, Nino decides to confess her feelings for Futaro. While she speaks her feelings aloud, Futaro couldn’t hear a single thing due to the noisy engine and breezy winds. When Nino finds out Futaro didn’t hear her feelings, she once again repeats her confession aloud. The confession also falls on the ears of Ichika. Meanwhile, Futari wins a family trip to Toraiwa Hot Springs. He tags his father and sister along only to find the Nakano family there again. While everything works out, Futaro is still left confused about the Quintuplet’s behavior. While he somehow manages to find Yoshiba, she tells him the sob story of why they are trying to look alike in front of their grandpa. Although Futaro finds out one fake Itsuki, the grandpa’s arrival messes it up again. To figure out the fake Itsuki among all Quintuplets trying to play like her, Futaro even goes to limits where he looks for bruises on their legs from last night. As he hides under a table but the sisters decide to walk outside once again messing his plan. On the other side, Nino who has confessed her feelings for Futaro looks for advice from Ichika. While Nino tells her dreams to her, Ichika realizes how much in love Nino is in with Futaro. She is in a dire situation since even she has feelings for him. The situation leaves her thinking about what would it make off when Nino is ready to go to all lengths when it comes to winning Futaro’s heart. Ichika breaks down and gets consoled by Nino. They both get along on the roof of the house and try to reminisce some good old memories. On the other side, Futaro has been taking tips from their grandfather so that he can tell them apart. In the end, he gives one last shot using the technique of love that grandfather of Quintuplets taught. He comes across one of the quintuplets. After long trouble of guesses, using the strategy of love he manages to guess the quintuple to be Ichika.
Ending
We are taken into a flashback, where even Miku realizes her feelings for Futaro. She is the girl with a bruise mark. Plus, even she wants to take it to next level but it won’t happen if they keep the teacher and student relationship alive. As Miku starts walking away from Futaro in the present, from the way she walked, Futaro realizes it’s not Ichika and it’s Miku. Realizing how he was able to tell apart, Miku throws all worries away and climbs upon Futaro. Quintessential Quintuplets Season 2 Episode 9 will be releasing on March 5, 2021. Titled, “Welcome to Class 3-1“.
